Anyone can call our helpline and talk about anything .
Our trained para counselors will receive the call.
Para-counsellor are trained individuals who are eager to listen to you attentively with empathy and psychosocial skills to help reduce mental distress.
If anyone wants to agree with any follow up calls, we record their issues and number for better understanding and our paraprofessional are so careful to every issue of yours.
The Purple Line is a confidential helpline service, where every call is safe and the system may record the call temporarily to ensure better service. Only supervisor will have access to the recording.
Does it provide counselling?
No, but we are here to listen, support, and help you find hope. Our team of trained paraprofessionals offers a safe, empathetic space where every caller is treated with respect and care.
Our trained paraprofessionals are enough capable to deal with anxiety, trauma, depression or violence-related mental health issues. We aim to help those in need manage their emotional health through compassionate guidance and practical strategies.
The purpleline is a free confidential helpline. Only normal call charge is applicable.
